Chicken breast or tenders
Box sliced mushrooms
Can Cream of Mushroom
Minced garlic
Marsala Wine
Sharp White Shredded Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Egg Noodles

Preheat oven to 350º
1A. Frying pan – Sauté chicken with seasoning on each side (not fully cooked) splash with some marsala wine – set aside
Sauté mushrooms with butter, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic
Add marsala wine
Add can cream of mushroom
Add parmesan cheese (1/4 c.)
Stir until smooth

1B. Egg noodles – cook on stovetop

2. Place Egg noodles in Pan (oiled or pam), Top with chicken and then pour creamy mushroom mix over it.
Sprinkle top layer with shredded cheese
Cook in oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes
