¼ to ½ cups grated Romano cheese

celery salt
Italian seasoning
Tabasco sauce
garlic juice

3# ground meat. 1 large or two small eggs. Cracker, bread or cereal crumbs grated Romano cheese 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Salt, pepper - onion - garlic - celery salt. Italian seasonings, Tabasco sauce - garlic juice. Enough milk so balls are moist and easy to roll. Mix well - form into walnut size balls. Roll in flour. Brown in oil and add to sauce. Simmer.
