3-5 breasts- cut up
16-ounce cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken
3 packages Italian dressing, dried.

Instant Pot Option: Place whole chicken breasts into the instant pot with 1 cup water and cook for 30 minutes. Release pressure, strain water, cut up chicken. Return to pan. Stir in Italian mix, then add soup, and cream cheese. Heat through. Serve over rice.

Crock Pot Option: Place everything in a crockpot and cook for 4 hours. Careful not to let it burn to the sides of the crockpot. Serve over rice.
