1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts
2 c. sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix
salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach. Drain well. Quarter artichokes. Combine all ingredients in buttered 2 qt. casserole at 350 for 30 minutes
