2 bunches collards
2 bunches kale
˝ tsp. Garlic powder
˝ tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Salt
˝ tsp Pepper
˝ of a smoked turkey wing (the large part)
1 large hamhock
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat and seasonings in about 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and simmer until meat is fork tender, about 1 hour.

Add your cleaned and chopped greens, and the 2 bouillon cubes. Simmer until the greens are tender, about 2 hours. Taste greens and season to taste.
