1 cup catsup
½ cup oil
½ cup white vinegar
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp dry mustard
2 tsp prepared mustard
½ tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
½ tsp garlic
1 cup blue or Gorgonzola cheese (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except onion and garlic. Beat for 15 minutes using hand or stand mixer. Add onion and garlic and beat for 3 additional minutes.

Add cheese and stir to incorporate. Chill before using.

Excellent on a wedge salad!
