3 pounds potatoes (peeled and cubed)
¾ cup milk
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons horseradish (drained)
2 tablespoons chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan over high heat, bring potatoes and salted water to boil. Cook until tender. Drain, return to pot.

In sauce pan over medium-low heat, warm milk, butter, and horseradish for 3 minutes.

Mash potatoes with milk mixture. Stir in chopped chives.
