Pork Fried Rice Recipe

3-4 pork chops
1 cup ŪMinute Rice
2 cups water
seasoning ONLY out of a box of chicken noodle soup
1 can of bean sprouts
2 eggs
soy sauce

Cook pork chops until done and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

VERY SLOWLY brown rice in small amount of oil. Stir.

Add 2 cups water, seasoning, onions, pork chops, and simmer until done and water is completely gone. Add bean sprouts. Keep warm with lid on pan.

In another pan, scramble 2 eggs with soy sauce and add to rice and pork chop mixutre.

Top with chopped green onions.
