1½ cups of ®Minute Rice
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
⅓ cup diced green pepper
¼ cup butter or margarine
1½ cups water
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet cook rice, onions, and green peppers in butter until mixture is lightly browned.

Add remaining ingredients. Quickly bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.
