2-15oz. cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained
4oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2c. Sour Cream
1 Jalapeno, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2tsp. each of Cumin and Chili Powder
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1c. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1/2c. shredded Chedder cheese
Garnish:
1c. Cherry Tomato
1 sliced Jalapeno
1/2c. Red Onion
1/4c. crumble Queso
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In blender add beans, cream cheese and sour cream. Pulse to mix. Add jalapeno, garlic, cumin, chili powder, lime juice and queso fresco and blend until smooth. Put in baking dish, top with pepper jack and chedder shredded cheese.
