2 T. butter
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. hot water
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup flour
½ cup coconut
½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
First cream butter until soft add sugar and cream well. Add water and vanilla. Mix. Measure and combine rolled oats, flour, coconut, salt & baking soda. Add this to butter mixture and make a stiff dough. If dough is to soft add flour. Roll and put on greased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown.
