Ingredients:  
3 oranges
1 cup sugar
1 pint milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites
3 dessert spoons of corn starch
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Take 3 oranges - Peel and slice into a dish. Pour over sugar. Put on the stove - milk, beaten yolks mix and add corn starch. Boil until thick and pour over oranges.
Beat egg whites and sweeten with 1 tablespoon sugar and spread over custard. Place pudding in oven and brown. Cool.
