Ingredients: Crust: 1½ C. Crushed Graham Crackers 4 TBSP Sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional) 6 TBSP Margarine or Butter, melted
Filling: 3 Large (8 oz each) cream cheese - let stand at room temp about an hour prior to use 3 Eggs ¾ C. Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla
Topping: 1 Pint Sour Cream 5 TBSP. Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:Crust: Combine ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13" cake pan
Filling: Beat eggs, add sugar, and beat into eggs. Add cream cheese and vanilla and beat until thoroughly blended. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool 30 minutes (while cooling, turn oven u to 400º)
Topping: Mix ingredients with spoon until well blended. After cooking cake for 30 minutes, carefully spoon the sour cream mixture over the cake. Bake at 400º for 7-8 minutes. Cool & Enjoy.
