2 cup frozen English Peas
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 sweet pickle, diced
½ medium onion, diced
1½ cups grated mild cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pickle, eggs, onion, mayonnaise, one cup of the cheese, salt and pepper. Fold this mixture into a 9 x 13" glass dish along with the frozen peas. Stir to mix all the ingredients. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and dust with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
