1 C. Surgar
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
¼ C. Nuts or Chocolate Chips (optional)
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, and salt. Add eggs & bananas. Sift together flour and baking soda. Add flour, baking soda, and nuts/chocolate chips. Mix until well blended. Put in 3 greased mini bread pans. Top with chocolate chips (optional). Bake at 350º about 45-60 minutes, until done and toothpick comes out clean.
