1 loaf of sliced bread
8 oz package of cream cheese - softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
remove crust from bread
flatten bread with rolling pin
mix cream cheese and powdered sugar
combine sugar and cinnamon and set aside
spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread
roll up bread
cut into 2 - 3 pieces
dip in melted butter and then dip into cinnamon sugar and coat the piece
place on ungreased cooking sheet (may want to line with foil for easy cleanup)
once all bread pieces are prepared and on tray with pieces at least 1/2 inch apart from each other bake at 350 for approx 15 minutes ( till golden)
Best served warm but a fantastic treat even cool.

This is an easy recipe but even easier and more fun when you prepare it with others, assembly line style with someone cutting, someone spreading, someone dipping, etc. Kids love to help out with this one.
