Kathy Socha

3 blocks of cream cheese - needs to be completely soft
1 c sugar
3 eggs
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp milk
1 c sour cream
tsp cinnamon
tsp almond extract

1 c graham cracker crust
of a stick of melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 - be sure to use a springform pan

Mix together the crust and press into the bottom of the springform pan

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy (no lumps because they don't "bake away" which is why the cream cheese must be completely soft) then add the sugar and eggs

Melt the chocolate with the milk then add to the cream cheese mixture along with the sour cream, cinnamon and almond extract

Bake for 1 hour
