2 Sticks of butter
1 TSP Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups of sugar
2 (8oz) cans of crescent rolls
2 Granny Smith Apples
12 oz Mtn Dew
Cinnamon- you can use as much as you want sprinkled on the dumplings

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core apples. Cut apples into 8 slices each and roll each slice into a crescent roll. Place in a 9x13 pan. Melt butter in a separate bowl and add sugar and vanilla- stir together. Pour over wrapped apples and then pour Mountain Dew around the edges of the pan. Sprinkle dumplings with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins. When I take them out of the oven, I will spoon some of the sauce from the pan on top of the dumplings and then serve with vanilla ice cream. It's delicious! Enjoy!
