1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. In large bowl, toss asparagus with oil, salt, pepper and garlic. On a lightly oiled large rimmed baking sheet, arrange asparagus in a single layer. Roast 8 minutes or until asparagus is tender-crisp. Return to bowl. Add Parmesan and juice; toss to coat. Or after baking just sprinkle with freshly ground Parmesan.
