Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs

20 oz can crushed pineapple

1/2 - 1 full loaf of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter, sugar, and eggs.

Add a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple with juice.

Tear up bread and fold into the pineapple mixture.

Place into a greased 13 x 9 pan or 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This is a fantastic recipe. It can be a side or a dessert. You can have it hot or room temperature or even cold. Great for a buffet - goes exceptionally well with ham. Always one of the first dishes to go.
