4 Salmon fiillets
2 lemons
Garlic salt
Lemon Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375º

2. Rinse salmon and place skin side down on a cookie sheet or 9x13 pan. Do not dry salmon off, place in pan dripping with water. (This helps to keep the salmon moist).

3. Wash, dry, and cut lemons in half. Squeeze the desired amount of lemon juice on each salmon fillet (you can always add more later), sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper.

4. Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and is no longer opaque looking.

5. Enjoy!
