2 Tbsp. butter
½ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped celery
½ tsp. dried basil
½ tsp. dried oregano
1 Rotisserie chicken
3 14.5-oz. cans chicken broth
2 14.5-oz. can vegetable broth
1 c. sliced carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken bouillon to taste
1½ cups egg noodles

Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Cook onion and celery in butter, approx. 5 minutes, until just tender. Stir in basil and oregano. Add de-boned and cut up chicken, vegetable broths and carrots. Add bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Cook noodles separate and add before serving.
