6 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
6 slices white bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 pound Italian sausage, diced and cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese

1. Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside.

2. Butter 9x13 baking dish.

3. Combine eggs and milk mixture with bread cubes and cooked sausage.

4. Pour into baking dish, top with grated cheese and refrigerate 12 hours or overnite.

5. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
