Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter
chopped onion
thin-sliced celery
1 cups chicken broth
3 c. potato, peeled and cubed
1 cups milk
Instant potato buds
Ham and peas (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook until tender. Stir the broth and potatoes in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in potato buds a little at a time. Be careful not to stir in too many potato buds because then you would have runny mashed potatoes instead of soup. Season to taste.
