Personal Notes:
Todd Wilbur has several cookbooks that I've purchased over the years. Last I knew, he lived in Las Vegas, where we live. I contacted him year's ago to speak to student's at the UNLV Hotel College where I was a faculty member, but he declined. He has several great recipes on line. Google it. His copycat recipes of restaurant favorites is spot on.

I triple or quadruple this recipe because my husband craves this on a French baguette slathered in butter. Sometimes I broil, sometimes I wrap in foil and bake.

SPECIAL NOTE! Do not throw away the green tops from large quantity Kraft Parmesan cheese containers. They fit perfectly on a Ball or Mason jar. I use them for lots of spice mixes I make.
