1 c. Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 c. White Self-Rising Flour

*If self-rising flour is unavailable whisk 1 cup all-purpose flour with ¼ teaspoon salt and 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix equal parts flour and yogurt in a large bowl by hand until combined well.
Divide dough into four smaller portions.
Using additional flour, roll out dough into 12” circles.
Place on baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 20 minutes.
Once finished, remove from oven and turn heat up to 500 degrees.
Flip pizza crusts and add pizza sauce and toppings of choice.
Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
