1 box of Stove Top™ stuffing mix
⅓ cup light or regular mayonnaise
¾ cup water
2 cans of either tuna (my favorite), crabmeat, or salmon (drained)
3 tbsp. tartar sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together stuffing mix with water, mayonnaise, seafood, tartar sauce, cheese, and green onion. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Heat large non-stick skillet on medium. Shape stuffing mix into patties and place on the skillet. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on each side.
