2 12 or 13 oz cans of artichoke hearts, drained
cup of light or regular mayonnaise
cup light or regular sour cream
cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. sea salt
Juice of a lemon
2 dashes of worcestershire sauce
Cayenne pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all the ingredients together and place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 20 mins.
