FOR SHELL
1 c water
4 eggs
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter

FOR CREAM
6 t flour
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar
2 c milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
FOR SHELL: In a medium sauce pan, boil water, add butter then add flour all at once and stir mixture as it leaves side of pot. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mix the batter together until dough looks waxy. Grease baking sheet and drop a tsp for puffs on prepared sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 min, lower to 325 degrees for 10 min. Pierce with a knife to let air out, bake another 5 min. Allow to cool completely.

FOR CREME: Stir ingredients, stir, stir until you see bubbles, stop, cool it, refrigerate it when ready to serve. Put into the puffs and enjoy!!!
