1 large onion
1/2 c parmigiano
1/2 c cheddar cheese
1/2 c oil
1 c bisquick
4 eggs
1 tsp (1/2 tsp) parsley
salt & pepper

Grease 9" pie or 9X9 pan
Combine ingredients
Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 min
