Ingredients:  
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup shortening
5 tbsp. cold water
milk to brush on top crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together all dry ingredients in a small bowl
2. Cut in shortening
3. Add water
4. Mix together by hand until you can form a solid ball of dough
5. Divide dough into two balls
6. Roll each ball into a 10 inch circle
7. Line pie pan with one crust
8. Cover pie with second crust
9. Brush crust with milk to brown
10. Pinch crusts together
11. Cover outer edge with tinfoil to prevent over baking
12. Bake according to pie recipe
