3 eggs
⅓ cup sugar
tsp. vanilla
3 cups milk
nutmeg
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In an oven safe bowl, beat eggs and add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Skald the milk and add to the egg mixture slowly so as to not cooks the eggs. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Place bowl in a 9 x 13 pan filled with hot water (about 2 inches) Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
