1 cup bean dip
4 ounces cream cheese softened
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1 clove garlic, pressed
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ medium tomato, seeded and diced
2 green onions with tops thinly sliced
¼ cup ripe black olives, sliced
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Additional sour cream optional
Chips or pita chips

1 Preheat oven 350º spread beans over bottom 6in oven safe dish. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and garlic mix well.

2 Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bean dip. Spread grated cheese over top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melted.

3 Prepare toppings core and dice tomatoes, slice green onions, black olives drained and finely chop cilantro or parsley. Sprinkle tomato, onions, olives and cilantro over dip.

Garnish with additional sour cream, if desired.
