Crust:
⅓ c. butter
1 c. flour
⅓ c. packed brown sugar
c. walnuts (chopped)

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
tsp. vanilla
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients. Reserve of crust mixture. Put the other into a 8" pan. Pack it on the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes and cool.

Mix the filling ingredients together. Beat until smooth. Spread on top of crust. Put the remaining crust mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Cut when cold with a hot knife.
