2 c. shredded cabbage
1 medium carrot shredded
½ small green or red pepper - finely chopped
½ c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Put cabbage in a bowl. Mix all other ingredients together and spoon onto cabbage. Toss well. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

Optional Dressing: Combine ¼ c. vinegar, 3 tbsp. of salad oil and 2-3 tsp. of sugar in a screw top mason jar. Shake well and pour over cabbage and toss.
