8 ounces candied cherries chopped; I use red and green 4 ounces each
2. - 2½ cups pecans
½ cup self rising flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 T butter melted
1 tsp. Vanilla, orange or rum flavoring; I prefer vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop cherries into small pieces. Coat cherries and pecans with ½ cup flour.
2. Mix condensed milk, flavoring and melted butter in mixing bowl. Pour over cherry and pecan mixture and stir well to coat.
3. Spray mini muffin tin with non stick spray.
4. Fill miniature muffin pan to the top of each muffin as these do not rise much.

Bake at 300º for 25 minutes.
