Ingredients:  
1 package of lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
c. cottage cheese (optional)
1 c. heavy cream whipped
c. broken walnut meats
c. maraschino cherries (well drained)
2 c. crushed pineapple (well drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and chill until partially set. Fold in cottage cheese, whipped cream, nuts, cherries and pineapple. Pour in bowl and chill
