2 chicken breasts
2 Honeycrisp apples quartered
1 1/2 pounds of Idaho potatoes quartered
oregano
salt and pepper
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup apple juice or cider brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes and apples in chicken broth and apple juice mix.
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Kneed salt, pepper, and oregano into both sides of chicken breast.
4. Brown chicken til the pink is almost gone. In butter
5. Strain the broth into a separate bowl.
6. Toss potatoes and apples in a mixing bowl with salt, pepper, and butter.
7. Place chicken breasts, potatoes, and apples in a buttered casserole dish and bake for 30 mins or until potatoes are a little crispy and chicken is cooked to 165*
7. Boil down broth adding oregano, pepper, and brown sugar
8. Top the chicken and potatoes with broth/sauce
