2 lbs. of cubed chuck roast
1 medium onion
1 carton of Collage Inn Beef Broth
1 lb. of green beans cut in to 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 potatoes peed and halved

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place meat in a Dutch oven and add enough beef stock to cover the meat.

2. Bring to a boil and scrap sides of pot while boiling.

3. Cook for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours or when meat is almost tender - add green beans,
potatoes and chopped onion.

4. Cook until green beans and potatoes are tender.
