1 lb. ground beef
cup chopped onion
8 oz. whole green chilies, drained
6 oz. shredded cheese
1 cup milk
4 beaten eggs
cup flour
tsp. salt
Salsa to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion; place 1/2 of the chilies in a casserole dish and top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange other half of chilies on top of that layer. In a separate bowl, combine milk, cheese, eggs, flour, salt and salsa. Beat until smooth. Pour over chili layers.

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
