Ingredients:  
2 1/2 to 4 lbs. of Eye of Round trimmed of all fat
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 packages of Lipton onion soup mix
1 carton of Collage Inn Beef broth
1 tbsp. olive oil
2/3 of a 1 lb. bag of wide eye noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat the eye of round with flour.

2. Add the oil to skillet and put the eye of round in and brown.

3. After the eye has browned put in a ceramic baking dish with the onion soup mix and beef broth, cover.

4. cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until meat is done. Turn meat after an half hour.

5. Serve with egg noodles cooked per package direction.
