1 10 oz. package refrigerated pizza crust
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 ( cup) Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil
⅔ cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, pressed
4 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Roll out pizza crust to within 1 inch of edge of pan
3. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup mozzarella
4. In 1 qt bowl, combine mozzarella, basil, Parmesan cheese and mayo. Mix well. Add garlic and mix.
5. Slice tomatoes and arrange over crust in thin layer.
6. Spread mozzarella cheese mixture over tomatoes, cover evenly.
7. Bak 15-20 minutes or until top is golden brown & bubbly.
8. Cut and serve warm
