2 lbs Ground Round
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
2 can Diced Tomatoes
2 can Tomato Soup
2 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans
Lowry Salt

Optional:
2 cans mushrooms
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Saltine Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown onion, then add ground round, brown and drain.
2. Add taco seasoning.
3. In crockpot, add diced tomatoes, soup (dont add water), dark red kidney beans with juice and a pinch of Lowry salt for taste. Mix in ground round. Stir until all mixed up.
4. Let cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours.
