3-5 lbs thawed boneless beef chuck roast
1 package (1 oz.) Au Jus Mix
1 package (.7 oz) Italian Dressing Mix
1 can (10 ½ oz) Beef Broth
½ can water

Your choice: French Bread, Noodles, Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place roast in slow cooker
2. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef
3. Cover, cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Serve over French Bread, Noodle3s or rice with broth thickened.
