6-8 pieces Chicken Breast
Flour
1 Egg
⅓ cup Milk
2 stacks Saltine Crackers

Directions:

1. Clean chicken and lightly salt
2. Roll 2 stacks of crackers to fine crumbs
3. Whip 1 egg with fork, and add ⅓ cup milk - whip again until both are mixed well.
4. Lightly coat each piece with flour
5. Dip floured chicken in egg mixture.
6. Roll chick in cracker crumbs
7. Fry in oil until each side is light golden brown
8. Place chicken on cookie sheet
9. Bake uncovered at 325-350º for 45 minutes
