2 T sugar
1 T ground cinnamon
1 c. apple cider
1 (750 mL) bottle bubbly

Directions:
Directions:
1. On a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip glasses in water to wet rims, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture.

2. Fill glasses with desired amount of apple cider, then top off with champagne.
