Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs

Cream Cheese Glaze:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar ( plus extra as needed) I like mine thick so I add a lot more.
1-2 tbs milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt pan with cooking spray or butter, then sprinkle surface with flour or sugar and shake off excess. I prefer sugar. The cake looks much nicer.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, ground cloves and salt until combined.
3. Using electric mixer, butter, sugar on medium-high until pale and fluffy, about 3 min. Using a rubber spatula, scrape the bottom of the bowl so that everything is combined. Reduce speed to low and add flour and pumpkin mixtures alternately in batches, beginning and ending with the flour mixture and mixing until batter is smooth. Do not overbeat.
4. Transfer the batter into the pan, and smooth the top of the batter with a spatula so that it is smooth. Bake until a toothpick or skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Cool on a rack in the pan for 20-30 minutes. Then invert cake onto a cake platter. Top with cream cheese glaze when cooled or dust with powdered sugar.

Cream Cheese Glaze:
1. Using electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar together on medium-low speed until combined, and reaches your desired consistency. If the glaze gets too thin, add in more powdered sugar.
