2 c. white sugar
1 ½ c. shortening
1 ½ c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. pumpkin (small can)
4 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening, and butter together. Add egg and pumpkin, beat well. Add dry ingredients.

Drop on parchment lined sheets in preheated 350º oven for 10-15 minutes.

Frosting:
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. milk

Boil 2 minutes and cool. Add 2 c. powdered sugar. Pour over cookies.
