1 ¾ c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
¼ t salt
¾ c sugar
½ c (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 t vanilla
3 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 ½ c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl, combine sugar, butter, and vanilla until creamy and smooth.
Add eggs, beating after each.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add to mixture bowl alternately with sour cream, beating after each.
Fold in 1 c choc. chips.
Pour into 9x13" pan sprayed with Pam.
Top with topping.
Bake 30 min. at 350º F.

2/3 c brown sugar
4 T margarine, softened
1 c ch. nuts (optional)
1 c choc. chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, br. sugar, and margarine in bowl with pastry blender (or 2 knives) until crumbly. Stir in nuts and choc. chips.
Add to top of cake before baking.
