Ingredients:  
1 container or bag of baby spinach
1 head of green leaf lettuce
3 c. grated swiss cheese
1/2 lb. of bacon cooked and crumbled
3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. thinly sliced red onions
Dressing:
2/3 c. canola oil or oil of your choice
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3/4 t. Dijon mustard
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix spinach and lettuce, add swiss cheese, bacon, mushrooms, and red onion. In a jar mix dressing and shake well. Add dressing just before serving.
